  • Hi, I’m Michael. I am the Director of MAE support services. I have spent most of my working life in building and construction and for the last few years have been in disability services. This is my real passion. I like to work with people and be able to pass on my life experience. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, playing golf and horse racing.

  • Hi, I’m Emma, I’m the Director of MAE Support Services. I have two dogs called Biscuit and Daphne who I think are the best. Bali is my second home. I had spent just over 10 years in the travel industry and made a change to support work and I am forever thankful. I am loving what I do everyday the fulfillment I get from the amazing people I get to work with.

  • Hello, my name is Patrick. I am a proud father of two boys and I have been working in the industry for some time and it’s something I’ve always been passionate about so decided it’s time to do it ! In my spare time I enjoy collecting tattoo’s.

  • Hi, my name is Bri, I have a Certificate IV in mental health and supporting others has always been my passion. I love playing netball, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

  • Hi my name is Samantha, proud mum of five children. I have my cert IV in disability which allows me to follow my passion, which is helping others. I enjoy shopping, crafts, and going for long walks.

  • Hi, my name is Oscar. I have been working in education support for 4 years and began my journey into disability support in 2022. I enjoy pretty much any activity that’s creative, particularly music.

  • Hi, I’m Josh. I’m excited to be part of the MAE team, and getting to meet and work with our clients and their families. My hobbies and interests include; sport & fitness, nature, animals movies, and books.

  • Hi my name is Kelly, some like to call me Kell Kell. Mum of three, I am an animal lover so have a bunch of different animals in my home. I started personal support in aged care and now I also support disability. I want to further my career and study cert IV in aged and disability support. I love cooking and the outdoors.

    I’m a bubbly and friendly person who loves being around people and making life fun. I enjoy camping and being outdoors with my friends and family and making memories that last a lifetime.

  • Hi, my name is Natasha but I prefer to be called Tash. I have 3 children and 2 stepchildren. (2 girls and 3 boys).

    I can connect with people very well. I am down to earth, compassionate, empathetic, reliable, honest, caring and a trustworthy person.

    I enjoy dancing, singing, cooking, motorsports, driving and going on adventures with my children and partner.

    I have a Cert IV in Disability and have worked in the industry for over 6 years and love every moment of it. In my spare time, I love camping with my two sausage dogs and being outdoors as well as cooking and doing arts and crafts.

    I’m Ellie. I’m the arts director at the People’s Paddock and consider myself one of the lucky few people whose passion is their work. I love spending time at my families farm. I have a kelpie named Dallas who is my world along with my nephew Thomas.
